Mississippi Employer Team Member in Southaven, Mississippi

Cooking food products using grills, ovens, fryers, steamers and hot plates; accepting verbal sales orders directly from customers using a computerized register 30%

Collecting payments and making change through the register 10%

Assembling and delivering orders to customer (cold and hot food and beverage items) 30%

Cleaning duties: mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, cleaning equipment, filtering fryers, general inside and outside cleaning 25%

Stocking supplies and inventory in work area 5%

 ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ensure quality food products prepared as described in Operations Manual

Ensure customers receive a quality finished product in a fast, efficient manner and a clean environment

Maintain pleasant appearance to customer

 QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Reading, writing, speaking and hearing

Frequent bending, twisting, walking, and reaching. Required lifting, carrying sacks and cases up to 30 pounds as much as 7 times per shift up to 50 ft.

Interact verbally with customers and co-workers

Operating cash register and making change with basic math aptitude

Ability to process several orders in quick consecutive manner

Walking and standing during entire shift on tile floor

Good personal hygiene

Ability to accept supervision

Ability to work with peers as a team
