This is a job for a DC-Operatives (Replenishment Stocker) position with a company located in Southaven, MS.

Responsibilities: Pick various products from multiple locations to fill orders to meet replenishment and shipping demands. Keep an effective and efficient picking flow while maintaining quality and safety. Also maintain proper controls and make sure procedures are followed throughout the day. Required to assist in the Receiving area. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 6 months working in a Distribution Center environment, preferably. Previous experience with RF gun. Flexibility to work changing hours and weekends due to volume and customer demands. Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands: Ability read labels, RF scanners and maneuver throughout facility without assistance. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions. Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds without assistance. Ability to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds without assistance. Ability to climb stairs without assistance. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and grasp products. Must be able to work on a variety of warehouse floors up to 100 feet in height. Must be about to work in a warehouse environment with a noise level up to 85dBA.
