    What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute innovative retention strategies to increase subscription renewals and reduce churn.

  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, segments, and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with the product and customer service teams to identify and leverage opportunities for improving the customer experience and product offerings.

  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve the effectiveness of email campaigns and retention initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to subscription retention and email marketing, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in subscription management and email marketing to ensure Ellevet Sciences remains competitive.

    What We Are Seeking

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Three or more years of experience in a retention marketing role, with a proven track record of improving subscription retention and customer loyalty.

  • Expertise in email marketing (Klaviyo experience a huge plus), including segmentation, personalization, and optimization strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in the pet health industry or a strong interest in pet well-being is a plus.
