HHA (Home Health Aide)Location: New JerseyPosition Type: Part-time/Per diemHHA shall provide nonmedical services including Transportation, ADLs, and hygiene care for our Home Care clients.Responsibilities- Provide health care services in patients' residences- Perform domestic and household tasks if required- Transport and accompany patients to doctors' offices or to the hospital if required- Assist with clients’ personal care activities if required- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition.- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.- Provide or assist in Light housekeeping, meal preparation & laundry, and grocery shopping (ESSENTIAL ERRANDS).- Maintain a high degree of patient confidentiality and all times due to access to sensitive information.- Maintain regular attendance, consistent attendance, and flexibility to meet the needs of the client.Qualifications- Must be 18 and over- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.- Must have the certifications to work a Aide Or companion in New Jersey- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.- Must be caring, compassionate, empathetic, and have a true desire to care for others.- COVID-19 precautions.- COVID vaccination is required.Compensation- $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience- Other benefits include working on other existing projects
