GENEWIZ LLC Business Systems Specialist in South Plainfield, New Jersey

Plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements. Duties include:1.Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements. 2.Design details of automated systems and consult with users in the area of automated systems.3.Gather and validate business and technology requirements to establish scope and parameters of requirements, and define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.4.Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirement gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes; quantify potential efficiency opportunities and track accordingly. 5.Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.6.Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements.7.Support end users in all business functions, in the use of Netsuite ERP application relating to scripts, workflows, saved searches, and other configuration setups.8.Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).9.Monitor project progress, identify and escalate potential project risks and delays to management.10.Participate in internal and external audit control, including requirements gathering, maintaining system documentation, and monitoring system changes to comply with all policies and standards.11.Work with software vendors and other third-party partners and consultants to resolve issues or develop solutions to business challenges with any integrated platforms.Employee may work from home within commuting distance of worksite.Salary range: $95,545 - $121,692.97 per yearRequirements: A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, or related discipline and 2 years of experience in business systems analysis in the life sciences industry.Experience must include the following, which may be gained concurrently: 1)2 years of experience configuring and supporting Finance and CRM modules of Oracle ERP systems such as NetSuite and Oracle Cloud.2)2 years of experience performing data conversions and building reports in Oracle ERP systems.3)2 years of application development experience in NetSuite, and proficient using SuiteFlow, Suitetalk, SuiteScript, CSV Integrator, SuiteAnalytics, and custom data record.4)2 years of experience using Oracle and SQL Query Tools such as Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD.5)2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate large data sets.
