JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking experienced Painters to undertake a variety of painting projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a flawless finish. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks. Apply primer as needed to ensure proper adhesion of paint. Select and mix paints to achieve desired colors and finishes. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, ensuring even coverage and a smooth finish. Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter and damage during the painting process. Repair and touch up painted surfaces as needed. Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools. Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines and quality standards. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working as a Painter or in a similar role. Knowledge of painting techniques and materials. Ability to work efficiently and produce high-quality workmanship. Strong attention to detail and an eye for color and design.
