Treatment Coordinator

*Responsibilities: *

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for treatment

  • Answer phone calls and inquiries from patients regarding treatment options and procedures and balances

  • Treatment presentation and follow-ups, provide information and guidance to patients about their treatment plans

  • Assist in financing for patients treatment

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction -Working with our insurance coordinator to assist with insurance verification and claims processing

*Qualifications: *

2+ Years of Dental Experience required

*Requirements: *

  • Experience working in a dental or   medical office setting is preferred

  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Generous Compensation: Based on experience

Benefits: Dental, 401k, and PTO

Hours: Currently Monday- Friday
