?Status: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt or Salaried Exempt at Officer level

?Bank Operation Hours: M-Th 8:15-5:15, Friday 8:15-6:15, Saturday 8:15-1:15

?Branch Manager Compensation -- Annual salary of $40,000-$55,000

?Branch Officer Compensation: Annual salary of $50,000-$70,000

Position Purpose: Ensures superior and quality service is provided to our customers by branch staff at all levels. This position requires a broad knowledge of all bank products, services and general operations, while leveraging this knowledge to proactively seek out business development opportunities. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring all functions performed in the branch are compliant and adhere to regulations and company procedures. The incumbent will also be responsible for coaching and developing their staff and will possess strong leadership skills.
