Road construction Foreman or operator

General contractor seeking to hire a Lead Operator/Foreman. We pride ourselves on quality work, safety, and our reputation.

We specialize in a variety of jobs including waterlines, sewer, storm drain, concrete, and more.

The number one priority of each employee at our Company is maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Daily duties would include:

  • Checking filters.

  • Greasing equipment.

  • Reading/understanding plans.

  • Operating heavy equipment - digging around utilities.

  • Installing/abandoning lines.

  • Demolition, etc.

  • Using lasers and other tools.

  • Maintaining leadership qualities.

  • Progressing through each project with the help of everyone in the field Requirements:

  • Applicant MUST have a minimum of 5-years' experience operating track hoes around utilities.

  • Applicant must be able to install new waterline, sewer line and storm drain utilities with little to no supervision.

  • Experience reading plans and understanding tasks at hand.

  • Experience using lasers and other tools.

  • Able to read survey stakes and set grades.

  • Able to calculate aggregate quantities and export quantities.

  • Leadership skills - ability to keep crew working.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Able to pass a drug test.

  • Compensation: 50k-80k
