Job Description:

  1. Supports craft training and certification program on the project.

  2. Conducts NCCER/Project specific training.

  3. Ensures that the training and assessment programs are consistent with NCCER and/or Craft Assessment Program (CAP) guidelines and procedures.

  4. Provides training to all levels of craft, journeyman, foreman and general foreman.

  5. Administers craft certification program, including NCCER skills assessments and CAP.

  6. Responsible for Craft Competency Compliance to Environmental Safety & Health (ES&H) core processes and Standard Work Processes and Procedures (SWPP’s).

  7. Evaluates craft training needs and makes recommendations to the Project Workforce Development team for consideration of additional program development or project support.
