Parametrix Water Senior Client Manager in South Hill, Washington

We are seeking a dedicated water professional to join our team as a Water Senior Client Manager and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This position joins our established water team in Washington and Oregon. Our preference is for this position to be based out of western Washington. However, we are open to considering exceptional candidates outside of Washington who are committed to travel for client connection, mentorship, team integration, and to support the water division's key initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the water industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successful business development. Focus of the Position You are a strategic water leader who can: Promote growth within the water team aligned with the company's vision and strategic plan. Play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the water sector with a focus on water/wastewater, treatment and conveyance. Leads strategic partnerships, strengthens existing client relationships, secures new clients and expands our market presence. Bring deep experience with client acquisition, proposal development, securing teaming partners and delivering high quality work. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field. Professional Engineering License. 15+ years of progressive water/wastewater planning, design, and construction experience, and at least 5 years in a business development role or equal as a senior project manager with demonstrated ability to sell and deliver high quality work. Strong understanding of water technologies, regulations, and industry trends. Strategic problem solver with the ability to inspire change and innovation.
