West Virginia Employer General Assembler in South Charleston, West Virginia
Company seeks General Assemblers for automotive manufacturing. A General Assembler performs parts and material installation and assembly tasks per written and verbal work instruction. Must haves:High school diploma or GED. One year of related experience. Good organizational and time management skills. Reading and basic math skills; ability to understand verbal and written work instructions. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Skilled in use of hand tools, shop tools, equipment and measuring devices. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures; machinery and forklift experience are preferred. Manufacturing and/or automotive experience preferred. Willingness to travel if required. Willingness to attend education training and classes. Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screening.* EOE Employer, Compensation: Compensation for this position will be in the range of $18 to $20 per hour. Qualified candidates will generally work a 40-hour work week.
