We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer that will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions that address complex problems and enhance our products and services. You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to enable cutting-edge AI solutions. You are responsible for deploying machine learning models and AI tools to drive business value. Design and maintain pipelines for deploying and monitoring machine learning models.
Work closely with architects, data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models in production, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Design support infrastructure and deploy machine learning models into production.
Implement SAAS machine learning models such as those available on Google Cloud Platform.
Design, build, and optimize machine learning models to solve business problems and improve existing AI solutions.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
Implement and test state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and techniques to develop robust AI models.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.
Document model development processes, experiment results, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Contribute to the development of new AI-powered features and products, identifying opportunities for innovation within the company.

Requirements
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar technical or business field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in machine learning model development and deployment, with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience..
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with strong knowledge of machine learning libraries
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying machine learning models.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Satisfactory completion of a background check

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $135,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
