Responsibilities

  • Assist CEO with a variety of real estate tasks.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work

  • Data base management of all relevant documents

  • Research and analysis of complex legal documents

    Requirements - Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information

  • Should be knowledgeable of word processing and spreadsheets

  • Well-founded grasp of Closing Documents

  • Proven knowledge of Preliminary Title Reports

  • Expertise in surveys

  • Experience with zoning, planning and land use

  • Contract Management experience preferred

  • Deep understanding of Lease Agreements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

  • Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
