Job Overview:
As a member of the Rapid Response Team RRT, the RRT Nurse will focus on specific situations in non-critical care areas,
These situations will have complex clinical issues and require immediate attention and clinical expertise,
The RRT nurse will assist the staff member in assessing and stabilizing the patient s condition, as well as organizing information to be communicated to the patient's physician,
The RRT nurse will be responsible for data and reports,
Other responsibilities of the
RRT nurse will include: education of staff, assisting with the throughput of patients from the Emergency Department - ED and Post Anesthesia Care Unit - PACU,
Requirements:
ASN required, BSN preferred
NJ RN License Required
BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association
