Title: Mail Services Associate II

Location: This position will work a on site model. Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of 500 Unicorn Park Dr, Woburn, MA 01801.

The Mail Services Associate II delivers, opens, sorts and prepares mail, interoffice correspondence, storeroom requisitions, and print shop requests and delivers to appropriate areas.

How you will make an impact:

  • Processes outgoing mail for pickup, and ensuring outgoing mail meet FedEx requirements.

  • Identifies and responds actively and with sensitivity to the needs of all customers.

  • Conducts research and resolves issues.

  • Independent problem solver and decision-maker.

  • Works without significant guidance.

Minimum Requirements

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 2 years experience operating basic equipment.

  • A federal/state/local drivers license where associate is operating a vehicle for company purposes.
