Confidential Employer Laborer in Somerset, Pennsylvania

Growing Manufacturing Company in Somerset looking for laborers. Applicant must be energetic, self motivated and have experience in operations of high lifts, forklifts and trucks, and be available to work first and second shifts. We offer excellent wages and benefits. Perspective employees must pass a prescreening drug and alcohol test.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various tasks in a manufacturing environment, such as making, screening, and packaging products

  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

  • Collect and label samples as needed.

  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred

  • Ability to operate a forklift is a plus

  • Able to work in all weather conditions, subject to temperatures based on outside weather.

  • Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
