SHI Partner Automation Specialist in Somerset, New Jersey
Job Summary
The Partner Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining various automation process and RPAs (Robotic Process Automations) that focus on renewals, modifications, and overages.
The Partner Automation Specialist will also be a liaison between accounting, purchasing, sales, partners, and distribution to identify root cause issues and support new processes. This position will report to the Manager of Cisco Annuity and Smartnet Operations.
This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset, NJ office location.

Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
Meet and exceed business objectives set by management
Foster a relationship with our distribution partners and work together on operational efficiencies and reporting to enhance SHIs processes
Collaborate with sales teams, purchasing, accounting, partners and distribution on operational processes and inefficiencies
Maintain RPAs and partner automations
Manage email responses from customers in response to automated notifications
Manage manufacturer renewal reporting, ensuring they arrive on a regular cadence, and updating the renewal timeline
Cover various activities such as quote creation, renewal notices, etc. in the event that a bot goes down or is temporarily out of service
Onboarding and ongoing management of automated processes
Master the company's internal sales systems and tools for quoting, ordering, and reporting
Establish partner and distribution relationships to ensure efficiency of operational processes
Continue industry education to maintain up to date knowledge on products, implementation and current marketplace by attending product and sales trainings as required
Host internal and vendor-facing meetings for accounts/projects to establish greater relationships and provide customer service for critical deals, issues and project solutions
Work on special projects as determined by business and management needs such as gross margin reports, prepping data for Partner business reviews or assisting with management’s data requests
Follow job expectations outlined by management
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or relveant work experience
Minimum 1 year as a partner specialist or in distribution
Minimum 1 year Customer Service and/or IT Sales experience
Required Skills
Strong Excel knowledge and expertise in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis
Proficiency in working with internal systems
Capability to convey a sense of urgency to drive issues to closure
Ability to stay self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with a wide variety of internal and external leadership contacts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess good judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to be approachable, maintain composure, and possess a professional attitude

Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $75,000 which includes a base plus bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
