20 Full Time Seasonal H-2A Jobs available 06/15/2024 - 12/01/2024.

Work may include but not limited to perform any combination of tasks related to the planting, cultivating, harvesting and curing of tobacco, preparing soil, planting, pruning, weeding, and thinning. Weeding around plants and in between rows using hoe. Wraps and ties tobacco plants to overhead wires for support. Break tops and suckers. Loads harvested leaves onto truck or wagon, and unloads crop at shed. Hangs lath on poles in shed for curing. Takes cured tobacco down from tiers in shed and packs in bundles. May operate farm equipment and hand tools. Work is performed out of doors sometimes under extreme conditions of heat, cold, and rain. 1 months experience required in duties listed.

Requirements:

  • Lifting requirement 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Extensive Pushing or Pulling
  • Extensive sitting or walking
  • Frequent stooping or bending over
