The In Process Testing Analyst (IPT) is responsible for performing in process testing of our PCR products produced on our automated assembly lines to ensure patient safety . The results from performed tests are compiled and transferred to documents, programs, and databases.  The work environment in the IPT lab is very dynamic, and you will work in a team of high performing analysts.

This is a temporary position the until summer of 2025. The role works 5-shifts , meaning that you will work a total of 19 shifts in a continuous schedule of 5 weeks. The shifts include 5 day shifts, 5 evening shifts, 5 night shifts and 4 week-end shifts (2 daytime and 2 night time) with several days of rest in between the change from day/evening/night shifts. This position is part of the quality organization (Product Quality Control) and will be located in Solna, Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement testing, sampling and inspection procedures on raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and/or finished products in the lab.

  • Ensure that product specifications and company / regulatory requirements are met.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot functionality and performance problems.

  • Recommends corrective action when appropriate.

  • Monitor and execute on-site equipment and tools calibration.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Life Science or related with 0 years of experience OR High School degree (or equivalent experience) with 2-4 years of related work experience OR Technical Trade Degree with 1-2 years of work experience within laboratory work or related industry.

  • Fluent level of Swedish and English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • laboratory work with a strong quality focus.

  • real time PCR.

  • working with SOPs.
