Our client is a leading global FMCG business with a range of leading household name brands. HH Global will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for Pre-Filled in-store display solutions across Continental Europe including; display material supply (artwork, production and delivery), co-packer supply chain management, project and process administration for sign-off and execution.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall service delivery and operational performance of the client dedicated service team. The role will provide leadership for the operational team and drive positive senior and mid-level client relationships to ensure operational excellence is consistently delivered and the client service experience is first class. The Operations Manager will drive key strategic initiatives to harmonise Point of Sale display solutions and optimise business processes to simplify decision making and reduce time to market. The role requires a strong leader with a depth of client engagement and operational experience across in-store display solutions for FMCG retail. This role will be accountable for driving the client’s end to end process for a key revenue generating activity, with a mandate to continuously improve operational performance with a particular focus on cost management and lead-time reduction.
Provide leadership and management of the client dedicated Pre-Filled display service team.
Own strategic projects to optimise and harmonise in-store display solutions, drive efficiency from the co-pack supply chain and reduce overall time to market to activate promotions and campaigns.
Manage the P&L to deliver commercial performance objectives including control of input costs, sourcing, operational overheads and pricing.
Develop a playbook of optimised display solutions which meet the needs of each market.
Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are delivered and accurately reported.
A key point of escalation to address service issues and ensure corrective action is taken.
Continuous improvement of operational processes to drive consistency and efficiency.
A strong understanding of FMCG retail campaign and promotional activations.
Extensive experience of pre-filled in-store display solutions either in product development, sourcing, production / project management or manufacturing.
Knowledge of working with key Continental European retailers is desirable.
Experience of complex operational process management in a leadership role.
Well established management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, presentation – with clarity of expression
Strong commercial acumen to pro-actively manage commercial performance.
Experience of POS harmonisation and optimisation projects across international markets.
