Responsibilities Check in all guest and give detailed orientation for their trip with us Call guests to review itineraries, arrival times, and directions Daily cleaning of office Restock Merchandise, fold, nicely display Record inventory and square use for merchandise sales Communicate with lodges on guest arrival times and any special requests or situations Be ready to do whatever is needed to ensure guests are taken care of
Qualifications: Comfortable on computers, word, excel, crm's. (you will be learning how to use our systems) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent time management skills Fast learner Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an incredible guest experience. Detail oriented.
