The Executive Assistant will collaborate directly with the Executive Team and will be responsible for performing several administrative duties. Acts as the administrative point of contact between the Executive Team and internal/external demands.

Undertakes the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing and responding to correspondence.

Handles executives requests and queries promptly and appropriately.

Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, responding to, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information, initiating communications.

Facilitates executive teams appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and coordinating travel.

Arranges transportation and accommodation for staff and SILC members; complies with ADA accessibility guidelines, federal and state travel regulations, and other guidelines and regulations when preparing travel and travel expense reports.

Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.

Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Prepares reports by collecting, compiling, and analyzing information.

Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.

Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, evaluating new office products, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.

Effectively communicate with the public via web-based platforms such as the SILC website and Facebook page.

Processes paperwork; Maintains files in compliance with grant audit principles and accepted accounting principles.
