Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the selection and application of construction chemicals

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand project requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions

• Conduct on-site visits to assess project conditions, provide technical advice, and troubleshoot any issues

• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product developments, and regulations

• Communicate effectively; Providing accurate verbal and written results, generate reports and technical proposals within and outside company.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the construction industry/sales, preferably in a technical role

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field/ experience in the construction sector is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to understand and analyze technical drawings and specifications

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Driving license cat. B

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required

  • Fluency in English

  • Good knowledge of productivity software suites (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
