The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 1400 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and has recently welcomed new teams focusing on business applications. Meet your team:

SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Solutions (IES) organization is SAPs reliable technology partner who is providing the strategy and technological foundation for an Intelligent Enterprise, enabling SAPs business transformation towards a cloud company.

The SAP Tools team is responsible for developing and running SAPs central CI/CD development platform for SAP's developers (Hyperspace). We provide services like code repositories on GitHub Enterprise, offer Continuous Integration tooling and many other services. Wed love to get your curiosity for new trends and your eagerness to drive tools to mass scale adoption.

What you`ll do:

  • lead solution architecture for dedicated CI/CD related services for SAPs Internal Development Platform-

  • become proficient with the corresponding process related requirements and transfer business demands to reliable and simple solutions.

  • drive continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability and maintainability.

  • apply a DevOps mindset to take operational responsibility for the provided solutions.

  • establish a trusted partnership with our internal business and technical counterparts from delivery to operation.

What you bring:

  • Academic degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Software engineering, business informatics or related fields

  • 5 years of professional working experience in architecture or development (with focus on CI/CD)

  • Experience in designing and operating large-scale distributed systems

  • Good Hyperscaler knowledge with particular focus on enterprise applications and application architecture

  • Experience in architecture development methods like UML documentation methodologies and requirements analysis and application architecture design based on it

  • Leader and team player give guidance and show excellent coordination skills, passionate about execution, motivated and self-managed

  • Experience in agile application delivery processes, procedures & agile implementation methods (e.g. SAFe)

  • Fluency in English verbal and written
