Your job is "all inclusive":  Develop new ideas, work on actual engineering projects, coordinate with managers of our teams, implement new products and solutions

What are your main tasks:

  • Support the global teams  to identify potential processes to be  optimized

  • Coordinate and align  with the various stakeholders involved

  • Participate in real engineering projects related to Building Management System (BMS)

  • Programming/Migration on Automation Level of Heating, Cooling and Air Conditioning (HVAC) plants

  • You will have various engineering tasks depending on the assignment’s location

  • You will work closely with a core team * and will have much responsibility to accomplish your own tasks * independently

Siemens Graduate Program Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical engineering, Automation or Computer systems

  • Work experience in relevant or related discipline and  maximum of 3 years  working experience between bachelor and master and  maximum of 1 year  after graduation

  • Significant international experience  (studies/working/living for minimum of 4 months) and  intercultural orientation

  • *Desire to have a long-term career at Siemens * and willingness to take responsibility at early career stages

  • Open for broad range of  challenging experiences

  • Outstanding social and  communication skills

  • Distinctive  analytical problem solving

  • Global perspective  and desire to work abroad

  • Excellent command of English is a must - very good German is a plus

  • Motivation for international exchange and business trips abroad
