Who we are

We are searching for qualified candidate for the position of Project Manager Transformation, EMSO Supply Chain EMEA based in Sofia.

The opportunity

The main purpose of the role is to Lead Process Improvement Projects which enable Teva EMSO EMEA Supply Chain operations to build on solid processes and systems, enable successful day to day operation, reduce complexity and non-standard working methods, enhance organizational efficiency, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

How you’ll spend your day

• Define, drive, implement and verify process optimization initiatives

• Complete improvement projects On Time and within Budget

• Build business case where necessary to support the project foundations

• Leverage proper Lean methodology to execute on projects

• Provide project plan, including GANTT and action summary

• Go to Gemba with Supply & Planning Management Experts team to identify and analyse pain points such as process gaps, redundant work, waste, overlaps etc.

• Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions with R&R and RASCI matrix where needed

• Ensure process improvements are supported by respective tool enhancements

• Coordinate and engage cross-functional teams

• Follow Change Management foundations to ensure sustainable improvements

• Conduct regular reviews to track progress

• Escalate/Elevate issues effectively to ensure initiatives stay on track

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Technical sciences and/or MBA

• Thorough understanding and experience in Supply Chain business processes and proven track record as a project manager in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

• Experience in Process Improvement Projects

• Experience in cross functional Project Management and good understanding of change/ transformation management

• Ideally Project Management Professional qualification/ certification

• Strong leadership skills and experience

• Networking & stakeholder engagement

• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills

• Fluency in English
