Siemens Mobility is a company specialized in the field of rail transport, which covers the following range of products, systems and services in that industry: Railway Automation, Rail Electrification and Infrastructure, Rolling Stock, Software solutions for rail, Customer Services and Turn-key systems.

Now the Siemens Mobility team is looking to hire Project Administrative Assistant with the following responsibilities:

  • Document management – Creating and maintaining the document management infrastructure for the project. Coordination of the document flow with the project team, manager, customers and others.

  • Daily control of the project’s documents (correspondence, technical, contractual, etc.) in the company data base systems (SAP and Share Point).

  • Project activities planning and reporting.

  • Project management office tasks – keeping track of all initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Provide support on essential administrative duties (schedule and coordinate meetings and events, organize business trips, preparing reports, preparing/editing presentations, distributing mails, organizing the supply with office materials; etc.).

Education - Qualifications - Work Experience:

  • University degree .

  • Excellent English skills both spoken and written. Good knowledge of German will be considered as serious advantage .

  • Experience in document management or related field of business.

  • SAP P22 - ERP will be considered as an advantage .

  • Excellent computer skills , knowledge in MS Windows and MS Office applications.

  • Professional experience in engineering, execution, installation, production or commissioning will be considered as advantage .

  • Quick learner, adaptive, and self-driven;

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

  • Able to work independently , but is also a team player ;

  • Extremely detail oriented and highly organized.

  • Good communication skills .
