Our Design and Technology Enablement teams are working on the development of a broad portfolio of semiconductor technologies ranging from 350 nm down to 12nm including FD-SOI, RF, High-Voltage and automotive applications.

Your Job

You are supporting the HR Shared Services EMEA team, which is in charge of providing HR Services for our largest EMEA site Dresden (Germany), as well as for smaller EMEA sites like Sofia (Bulgaria), which includes:

  • Responding to employees' queries on policy and process

  • Day to day administration, including maintaining employee records and document creations, supporting various HR functions

  • Routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of employee data in HRIS systems (especially Workday and SAP)

Required Qualifications

  • High School degree and you have started higher education.

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English, very good command in German

  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to details and ability to handle confidential information

  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time

  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communications skills

  • Ability to collaborate with different levels of stakeholders within and outside of the HR team

  • Able to manage high volumes, work under tight timelines and respond positively to changing priorities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have completed higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business administration or related fields)

  • Preferably with prior experience working in the HR domain, other Shared Services areas or in general supporting a Germany-based site (including internship experience)

  • Workday or SAP experience will be advantageous.
