A DAY IN THE LIFE OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS SPECIALIST

External corporate communication:

  • Support in events organization

  • Documentary responsibilities – contracts, texts, editing

  • Corporate Sponsorships and donations – plan, organize and coordination, of the process and documentation

  • Digital services – support with texts/materials for corporate websites/owned and digital assets

  • Administrative support- internal financial request, budget’ tracking, corporate materials data base update;

Internal Communication:

  • Internal communication plan execution

  • Events organization

  • Management of main internal communication channels and ensuring the consistency of messages across all

  • Engagement of colleagues in volunteer actions or social causes

  • On-demand counseling and support to all communicating internally

  • Identifying situations that require internal communication.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• University degree in the field of Human / Public sciences or Business Administration;

• 3-4 years of experience in communications

• Proactive, result focused and team-oriented personality, no stranger to multi-tasking

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.;

• Ability to multi-task

• High Computer competence

• Attention to detail
