Bid Manager – French (Spoken/Written) – Bulgaria

The French speaking Pursuit / Bid Manager is an experienced professional focused on creating effective sales proposals in English and French. Working with our Sales Team and in collaboration with their Solutioning counterparts, Pursuit / Bid Managers support the development of sales proposals, presentations, demos, and other collateral elements used in pursuit of new business. The Pursuit / Bid Manager writes and edits responses, requesting help from subject matter experts and working with marketing to ensure proposal are appropriately branded.

Responsibilities include reviewing requests for proposals (RFxs); contributing to bid pursuit strategy, win themes and value proposition; developing the proposal plan and outline; scheduling meetings and touchpoints; reviewing proposal drafts and final versions for responsiveness to RFx, thoroughness, accuracy, quality and effective design and layout.

Pursuit / Bid Managers will also ensure production of high-quality proposal products and presentations and the delivery of all proposal materials to their respective destination. To be successful, the Pursuit / Bid Manager will leverage pre-existing materials and develop content that shows we understand client / prospect challenges and goals, that our solution is aligned with the objectives, that our differentiators are made clear, and we are persuasive in explaining why the client should select us as their solution provider.

Responsibilities:

• Responds to RFx requirements to submit high-quality pursuit documents to deadline

• Meets proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval.

• Contributes to proactive pursuit development and responses

• Coordinates final production to RFP specifications and assists in administration and operation of web-based collaborative tools for proposal development.

• Leads a virtual pursuit team in the project management of all areas required to complete the response on time and according to the identified win themes

• Partners across the entire organisation to continually develop new content that reflects the TTEC products and services suite

• Maintain existing and create new RFx response materials that are persuasively written and high quality

• Maintain close working relationships with Solutioning team, Engineering, Sales and other stakeholders to generate proposals and presentations, including document preparation, team coordination, writing, editing, proofreading, compliance, overall quality control and deadline adherence

• Manage and communicate the proposal development and production schedules, keeping the team and management informed of changes as they occur

• Lead all aspects of proposal phases including, but not limited to, Kick-off meetings, internal proposal team meetings and reviews

• Work with subject matter experts to ensure the achievement of meeting content goals and deadlines, and identifying and taking corrective action when needed to obtain desired outcomes

• Develop and follow procedures to ensure proposals conform to client requirements and TTEC’s style guide in concert with the marketing team

• Own responsibility for working on several tools and pieces of documentation at once, under pressure, and to tight deadlines

• Imports proposals into the proposal management software and crafts core proposal content by leveraging reusable content.

• Edits proposals for clarity, grammar, accuracy, and consistent voice.

• Manages a proposal content library and adds new proposal content when appropriate by partnering with subject matter experts.

• Coordinates updating RFx information and internal business intelligence metrics and performs special projects as directed.

• Helps implement a comprehensive content management strategy.

• Develops format guidance and templates for proposals, in concert with RFP guidelines.

• Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.

• Performs tasks such as reformatting proposal documents to ensure proper proposal styles, fonts, and graphics are being used.

• Gives input on implementing new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.

• If required, prepare physical presentation materials, and arrange shipping of deliverables to clients (i.e., USB flash drive, hard copies, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a communications, business, or sales related field, or equivalent experience in a professional services environment.

• 2 years of experience in technical writing, proposal coordination, or project coordination.

• Fluent French language skills (spoken and written)

• Ideally a background in CX BPO

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
