The childcare worker/household helper would support with the following: 1. Cleaning dishes (using the dishwasher mainly) 2. Meal Preparation 3. Laundry washing (washing & drying machines available), folding and organizing 4. House Cleaning (including kitchen, floors, bathrooms, dusting) 4. Running errands such a picking up kids from school and groceries 5. Caring for kids occasionally (feeding, playing, picking up kids toys)

  • Minimum education requirement : High School Degree
  • Minimum experience: 12 months of experience as Household Helper or Attendant, Nanny or Cook
  • Wage : $18.94/hour
  • No expected overtime
  • The Gardyne family will use a single workweek as standard for computing wages due
  • Paid every 2 weeks.
  • Board, lodging, utilities, transportation can be offered for $1,500/month, to be deducted from the wage if choses to live with the Gardyne Family.
  • The Gardyne Family will cover the return transportation costs to get the candidate to the place of employment and return, if the worker completes 50% of the period of employment covered by the job order
  • The Gardyne Family will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the of the benefit worker);
  • The Gardyne family will provide to the worker, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with § 655.20(k){rel="nofollow"};
  • Three-fourths guarantee, offering the worker employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays{rel="nofollow"} of each 12-week period, if the period of employment covered by the job order{rel="nofollow"} is 120 or more days
