Stars and Strikes Regional Arcade Technician in Smyrna, Tennessee

Regional Arcade Technician

As a Stars and Strikes Regional Arcade Technician, you will work with the General Manager, Arcade Manager, and Arcade Technician to ensure that the arcade, games, and attractions are maintained to the highest standards. Regional Arcade Technicians will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment in the arcade. In addition to maintenance, the Regional Arcade Technician must also clean and run diagnostics on the equipment. A Regional Arcade Technician has a primary responsibility to train and develop Arcade Technicians within the locations within their region.

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to work well as a team

  • Ability to provide organization and oversight of department across multiple locations.

  • 1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience

  • Experience in an arcade or other coin operated environments.

  • Must have moderate to advanced knowledge of Low Voltage DC

  • Must have basic PC trouble shooting knowledge

  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends & holidays

  • Must be willing to travel to locations within their designated region to provide training and trouble shoot game arcade related issue.
