Position: Skilled Carpenter

Starting Wage: $22.50/hour

Milestone Achievements:

  • 60-day Bonus

  • Annual Raise & Bonus

  • Future Opportunities: Advance to Master Carpenter roles, with wages up to $45/hour.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Carpentry Tasks: Execute a range of complex carpentry tasks, showcasing your ability to create detailed inlays, carvings, and custom furniture pieces.

  • Tool Mastery: Demonstrate expertise in setting up and using advanced tools like table saws, jointers, and planers, ensuring precision in every project.

  • Mentorship: Share your knowledge and skills by mentoring junior carpenters, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Custom Cabinet Construction: Take lead on projects involving the construction of custom cabinetry and furniture, from initial design to final installation, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

  • Problem-Solving: Apply your critical thinking skills to solve complex carpentry-related problems, whether it’s troubleshooting equipment issues or finding creative solutions to design challenges.

    Qualifications:
