Our custom carpentry business has been transforming wood into custom cabinetry, built-ins, interior doors, and trim with unrivaled craftsmanship. As we grow, we’re looking for a Skilled Carpenter who is ready to take their craft to the next level and grow with us.

Position: Junior Carpenter (Mid Level)

Starting Wage: $18.50/hour

Milestone Achievements:

  • 60-day Bonus

  • Annual Raise & Bonus

  • Future Opportunities: Advance to Skilled Carpenter, Lead Carpenter and Master Carpenter roles, with wages up to $45/hour.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete carpentry projects with precision and efficiency.

  • Demonstrate advanced tool proficiency by setting up and using specialized tools such as a miter saw, biscuit joiner, or jigsaw while ensuring their safe operation and maintenance.

  • Execute complex angle cuts, including compound miter cuts for corners, to fit moldings or trim pieces accurately.

  • Show expertise in advanced joinery techniques, like dovetail joints or pocket hole joinery, contributing to the high-quality construction of furniture or cabinetry.

  • Assemble custom cabinets or furniture pieces based on provided plans, ensuring precision in measurements and perfect alignment for a professional finish.
