The Director of Enterprise Data Analytics Engineering Practice will lead the development and engineering of Enterprise Data Analytics services that comprises of managing the Business Intelligence and Advance analytics portfolio i.e., Leading the day-to-day Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Product Development & enablement.

As the Director of Enterprise Data Analytics, a typical might include the following:

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of modern data analytic applications.

  • Managing of contemporary data analytic application, using technologies like Big Data, BI, Data Fabric, Lakehouse, and modern data integration to advance Analytics.

  • Lead the execution & management of advanced data analytics framework(s) , including Enterprise Data Architecture, Business Intelligence, Augmented Analytics, and Data Products.

  • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making processes across the organization, promoting a culture of data literacy and data-informed strategies.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to find opportunities for using company data to drive business solutions.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in data analytics and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in data analytics practices.

Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in a leadership role within data analytics, preferably in the BioPharma industry. Strong knowledge of modern data analytic platforms and technologies, including Big Data, Data Fabric, Lakehouse, and modern data ingestion and integration. Experience with advanced data analytics strategies, including Enterprise Data Architecture, Augmented Analytics, AI Over BI, Scientific Analytics, and Data Products
