Orchard Village is seeking a full-time Residential Program Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of residential homes
  • Manage caseload of adults with developmental disabilities
  • Supervise direct support staff and oversee the healthcare and medications system for clients
  • Participate in annual Discovery Processes and Personal Plans
  • Complete QIDP paperwork such as Implementation Strategies, monthly progress notes, HRC updates, and quarterly environmental reviews
  • Solicit ideas, write, and train in personal outcomes. Monitor Therap data tracking on outcomes, health, and appointments
  • Ensure human rights and safety assurances
  • Accompany clients to medical/psychiatric appointments when necessary
  • Carry 24-hour emergency cell phone

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in social services required
  • QIDP Certified Required
  • Knowledgeable about required QIDP paperwork as per DHS
  • Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Must be organized and be able to multi-task
  • Personal vehicle and valid driver\'s license required
