Client Success Manager
Spectrum Billing Solutions is an industry-leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company for healthcare organizations. We are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote or office/home hybrid position.
Responsibilities include:
Foster and develop strong client relationships.
Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.
Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in presentations to prospective clients.
Manage new client implementations.
Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
Participate in marketing and business development strategy.
Requirements:
3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience.
Healthcare and RCM experience preferred.
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
