Location: Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel%: 25%

Pay: $88,000 to $142,600

What will you do

The Associate Manager, Customer Strategy and Activation is responsible for driving achievement of forecast, budget, and performance targets for brands within the skin health portfolio while instituting strategic business plans that integrate, align and achieve Kenvue business and customer goals.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Strategy and Activation Manager will be responsible for shaping and driving flawless activation of the delivery of category and channel strategies. This role will influence and develop go-to-market strategies with marketing and customer team partners that drive profitable growth, coordinating product launches and playing a key role in the business planning process to drive success. The manager serves as a liaison between customer sales teams and marketing. The manager also will need to form strong relationships with the sales partners and customers, leveraging those relationships to activate the category and channel strategy while identifying new business opportunities and risks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities in addition to 4P excellence include, but are not limited to:

Analytics and Forecasting

  • Analyze the consumption trends and reports to develop forecasting inputs and updates for demand planning.

  • Assess and act on reports that deliver the development, evaluation, and implementation of the 4Ps by analyzing trends and translating data into actionable insights to drive business performance internally and externally.

  • Track new product launches, business processes and requirements related to pricing, trade promotions, category management principles, supply chain metrics, and financial P&L metrics.

Business Planning

  • Develop insights to progress the category and channel strategy, encouraging communication of the process, and conducting collaborative planning cycles with customer teams.

  • Monitors and tracks results of promotional programs, such as special packs & in-store displays, to influence decision-making and identify future opportunities.

  • Partners with internal team members to execute the revenue growth management strategies to drive topline and bottom-line growth.

Customer Team Engagement

  • Champions the development of customer, category, and brand reviews to drive performance.

  • Evaluates the executions and performance of trade plans and tracks changing assumptions with the customer teams

  • Fosters a winning, positive, action-oriented attitude and contributes to attaining our diversity, equity, and inclusions goals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required

  • A minimum of 6 years prior experience in consumer-packaged goods, including prior experience in direct customer sales, business analytics, or customer or category marketing required.

  • Experience monitoring trade activation programs is required

  • The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment

  • Influence decision makers up and down two or more levels, with and without direct authority, to ensure a fully-aligned customer/company business plan

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts, to influence business strategies and/or initiatives

  • Ability to manage funds and resources to deliver the greatest outcome for the company

  • Up to 25% domestic travel

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in beauty and/or skin health industry is preferred
