Logistic Consultant

Are you someone who enjoys tackling various tasks, preparing and loading goods onto trucks and takes pride in collaborating closely with customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our dynamic warehouse team at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Ski, Norway. What you would do as our Logistic Consultant:

You would be collaborating closely with customer service to address stock queries, customer orders/returns, and credit notes, among other tasks.

You would also:

  • Prepare, load and also unload trucks and check incoming goods against documentation from suppliers.

  • Receive incoming goods in our ERP (SAP) system and store them in the warehouse.

  • Monitor and follow up on our "production orders" (bill of material packing).

  • Pick and pack parts for customer orders and also perform light assembly of parts if needed.

  • Assist in cycle counting activities.

  • Book shipments for Norwegian customers.

    The skills and experience you need:

    We are looking for someone who:

  • Has prior experience working in a warehouse.

  • Is fluent in written and verbal English language.

  • Demonstrates a structured, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.

  • Can take initiative, as well as work independently.

  • Maintains a positive attitude, flexible and is a strong team player.

    Ideally you would also have experience working with SAP.
