What you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering closely with the Plant Operations Director to drive financial performance and manager the financial result for the manufacturing site.

  • Leading and developing the local Finance team.

  • Providing strategic financial advice to stakeholders as a member of the Site Leadership team.

  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, such as annual budget, annual standard costs, ongoing capital spend.

  • Ensuring that adequate internal financial controls exist and are adhered to within the manufacturing facility.

  • Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Participating in cross-functional initiatives to support business goals.

What you need:

  • Degree in Finance or equivalent.

  • Proven years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to manage several priorities at once and a high level of flexibility with commitment to success.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of SAP and Hyperion.
