What you will be responsible for:
Partnering closely with the Plant Operations Director to drive financial performance and manager the financial result for the manufacturing site.
Leading and developing the local Finance team.
Providing strategic financial advice to stakeholders as a member of the Site Leadership team.
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, such as annual budget, annual standard costs, ongoing capital spend.
Ensuring that adequate internal financial controls exist and are adhered to within the manufacturing facility.
Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Participating in cross-functional initiatives to support business goals.
What you need:
Degree in Finance or equivalent.
Proven years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage several priorities at once and a high level of flexibility with commitment to success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of SAP and Hyperion.
