The Role

  • Act as Client Executive / Senior Client Executive for a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs, following the instructions of the producing country, and collaborating with other teams within the company to complete the required processes with organization, agility, and excellence.

  • Coordinate the specific service for Outbound accounts and providing support to the respective Account Executives of these clients.

  • Daily monitoring of your own portfolio, organizing due dates and renewals, ensuring premiums are paid, and documents are properly issued. Assessing growth opportunities and adjusting remunerations to achieve the individual financial goal set.

  • Conduct meetings not only with the local team but also with the client and colleagues abroad.

  • Act on the necessary internal company registrations whenever needed, updating client information, etc.

  • Manage and update the CRM with all generated opportunities, always respecting deadlines and keeping the pipeline updated. Coordinate Outbound dealings with other offices, also supporting the local Relationship team and involved Specialists.

  • Attend occasional meetings with clients (always in conjunction with the Relationship Account) and also with the insurers and overseas for proper process monitoring.

  • Participate and Support RFP processes for Outbound clients regarding GSS services, and negotiate revenues from participating countries in the process.

  • Mastery of the specifics related to key insurances in the main countries with Outbound interactions.

  • Always deliver the necessary documents within the specified timeframe

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English

  • 1 to 3 years of industry experience qualifies for the position of Client Executive, while 3 to 6 years of experience is preferred for the role of Senior Client Executive

  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Analytical and problem solving skills, including critical thinking and adaptability

  • Client-oriented, innovative, high integrity
