Great Place Constructionis a private construction firm that specializes in commercial construction. We are seeking a Project Foreman to join our team to facilitate, analyze and manage field labor forces as part of the on-site supervisory team. DUTIES:

  • Provide direct supervision, guidance and instruction to the field team under you.

  • Lead production with a focus on quality and safety with a basic understanding of project information and company policies while actively participating in producing these results

  • Provide leadership, training and coaching to the team members under you in your area of expertise

  • Communicate with balance of site supervision team to meet daily project demands/schedule

  • Facilitate process by coordination/procurement of material, equipment and manpower

  • Be an active participant in elevating the project team and expanding your knowledge/responsibility.

  • Willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.

  • Multiple specialties available including; concrete, carpentry, etc.

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to lead and train those around you.

  • Ability to work with individuals of varying skill levels.

  • Ability to read and interpret project documents relevant to your to your specialty

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience with 1 of those years being in a leadership position

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Valid DL and good driving record
