Description:

We are looking for a motivated Staffing Sales Representative to join our team! The Staffing Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building long-lasting relationships with clients in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a deep understanding of the staffing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in the staffing industry.

  • Engage in lead generation activities, identify potential clients, and introduce the company's services.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to fill client job orders with qualified candidates.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activity.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and networking skills.

  • Strong motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
