This position may involve some light facility maintenance work, however primary duties will be custodial.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Knowledge of machines/tools
-Time management and organization skills
-Valid driver's license/acceptable driving record
ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
-Cleans the service and customer areas.
-Performs routine building maintenance in such a manner as to minimize interruption of customers or employees.
-Cleans bathrooms and restocks paper supplies as needed.
-Preform general construction duties - plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.
-Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
-Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside.
-Removes all debris from lot.
-Maintains yard equipment and cleaning supplies.
-Tending commercial sprinklers and controls
-Mows lawn, trims shrubbery and cultivates flowers. Waters flower beds and removes debris
-Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience in cleaning / using cleaning equipment
