Description:

We are a construction firm leading the region in next generation building standards and techniques. We are looking for motivated carpenters looking for a long-term career opportunity to grow their knowledge and skills. We place a major emphasis on building a team-oriented culture and take pride in rewarding our employees based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be performing a variety of different finish carpentry duties

  • You will work with blueprints, design details or instructions from supervisors and managers

  • You will utilize chisels, planes, saws, drills, and sanders to install millwork, doors and windows

  • You will be responsible with installing cabinets and molding

  • You will be responsible with drilling and setting door hardware

  • You will install partitions, doors, and windows

  • Will will prepare structures for finish applications by planning, shaping and sanding; using hand and power tools

  • You will cut, shape, and assemble wood, composition, and/or plastic sections with shop tools and equipment such as planers, jointers, shaper, routers, sanders, and various power saws

  • You will read and interpret plans, sketches, and shop drawings for milling and fabrication

Hours:

  • 7am - 4:30pm

  • Depending on the project
