We provide comprehensive training and resources to help our Existing Customer Sales Representatives succeed at delivering a remarkable customer experience.

YOUR MISSION

  • MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY: Meet with customers to ensure our products and services are meeting their needs. Conduct a full inspection of the home to ensure homeowner understands our products/services. Offers solutions and recommendations to customers through the total home inspection on areas where the home needs protection.

  • SALES: Regularly interact with homeowners while educating and providing solutions to help them to understand additional areas where their home needs protection. Offers solutions and recommendations to customers through the total home inspection.

  • QUALITY ASSURANCE: Ensures previously installed systems are compliant with Thrasher Group or MFR Installation Procedures. Communicates design, installation, and service issues with appropriate people to use as learning opportunities.

  • ENSURE A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE: If applicable, ensures previously installed systems on your route are compliant with Thrasher Group Installation Procedures. Communicates design, installation, and service issues with appropriate people to use as learning opportunities.

  • TAKE CARE OF FAMILY: make sure our project management team and construction crew have the insight they need to provide a WOW experience for the homeowner. Communicate with the homeowner when needed and ensure everyone in the process is treated with integrity.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • MINDSET: Desire to challenge the status quo as an Existing Customer Sales Representative to redefine the construction industry.

  • EXPERIENCE: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success. A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record and solid work history in any of these fields: construction, beverage industry, route sales, insurance, and prior business owners are encouraged to apply.

  • REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver's license and ability to meet the requirements of a driving check and background check. Ability to travel Monday-Thursday 2-3 nights per month.
