Detailed Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform testing and commissioning of complex servers and storage products

  • Perform quality assurance and risk assessments of end products

  • Handle re-configurations in accordance to customer’s specifications

  • Software loadings

  • Basic knowledge of server and able to handle failure analysis (FA).

  • Able to identify various error codes for individual failed server given by the diagnostic program

  • UNIX and hardware based troubleshoot and rework on the failed server unit.

  • Rack NPI, production check, test and troubleshooting failed unit.

  • Assists Engineers for pilot Run orders and other product related issues.

  • Keeping Engineers well informed of the found discrepancies on the line.

  • Daily updates of the orders on the line, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports and keeping the line well maintained and organized.

  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned in accordance to business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Computer Engineering

  • Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly

  • Good in communication and a good team player

  • Familiar with MS Office and good in documentation

  • Willing to commit to overtimes

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
