Responsibilities:

  • Management of vendors, including onboarding new vendors, maintaining records, and organizing contracts and agreements.

  • Responding to internal and vendor inquiries regarding the company’s purchasing process to provide direction and guidance around established practices.

  • Collaborate, coordinate, and escalate vendor issues while working with cross-functional and Ops teams.

  • Provide support to Procurement/SPM tools users.

  • Obtain detailed and accurate information relating to supplier spending via various platforms/systems.

  • Maintain and track vendors' information such as mySupplier and Avetta compliance.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of procurement guidelines and processes as outlined in company policy.

  • Gather and provide concise data to support issue resolution.

  • Stand in for front desk duty occasionally.

  • Ad hoc duties as required within the department.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Min Diploma with at least 1-2 years of office administrative experience

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Basic)

  • Keen eye for details

  • Possesses the ability to work within a team environment or on their own.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external contacts at all levels.

  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and multitask to enhance productivity and manage workload.

  • Inquisitive and willingness to learn.
