SAM (Strategic Account Management) is leading and supporting business transformation which enables us to serve more patient through strategic partnership with top tier hospitals and accelerate growth in business and profitability. SAM Innovative Portfolio Manager will be a key part of this transformation by developing pan-MDT portfolio solution to meet customers’ needs and working with SAM team across Asia RLM and global OUs.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for developing pan-Medtronic portfolio solutions in collaboration with the global Operating Units and SAM team to meet diverse needs from countries/clusters strategic accounts and c-suite level customers.

  • Responsible for understanding the assigned account's strategic priorities and developing appropriate value-added programs for each account.

  • Build long-term contractual agreements and relationships with clients and strategic partners.

  • Develop and foster Account Based Marketing approach to leverage cross-functional synergy.

  • Support and coaching SAM stakeholders to identify pipeline optimization and growth opportunity.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 7 years of commercial experience from medical device/healthcare industry or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience

Your Profile

  • Commercial experience within the medical device industry. Candidate with both sales and marketing experience preferred.

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various markets

  • Enablers mindset, Solution oriented and has experience building solutions for end users
